This Photo was taken by Architect Ramil Sunga, who earned him the Grand Prize in the 2012 Kuwait Times Photography competition.
The photo which featured a Kuwaiti girl who was running away from the rainy drizzle. Sunga took home a new Canon 60D with a 18 - 135mm lens as his first prize, this goes along with a two night stay at the Swiss-Bel Hotel in Beirut.Congatulations Ramil! Mabuhay ka!
